Will I be put with another group/strangers?

Never. Our games are always PRIVATE at no extra cost.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1023 Pensacola St. Ste. G. If you are looking at our building from Pensacola street, we are on the second floor, second door from the left. Parking is located in the back of the building in either our reserved stall marked "Reserved for Room With a Clue" or in customer parking.

Who can participate?

Anyone can play! It's great for families, friends, and corporate team building.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Everyone age 5 and older must pay as a participant. An adult must be present to sign a waiver for anyone under 18 years old.

How can I book?

You can book online. Booking online is the fastest and most secure method to make your reservation. Call or text us at 808-797-8147 if you have questions or need help making your reservations. We can take walk-ins per availability, but please keep in mind that staff may not be available if we do not see a reservation made. It's best to make your booking in advance.

How much does it cost?

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your booking time to get checked in. Your game starts at the time of your reservation. Although we can do a short grace period, we have to keep the schedule on time and your time may be deducted if you are late.

How can I add more people to my reservation?

We recommend that one person book the room ahead of time. When you reserve a room, it will be a private game. If you wish to add more people, you may do so when you arrive. Additional players are charged at the current price. Any promotions used in the original booking are valid only if they are not expired.

Can I book more than 8 people?

Please call or text us for this accommodation.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel, we are unable to refund you the cost of the room. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will be able to move your date/time once. Please refer to the terms and conditions during your booking process and in your confirmation for full details.
